Thoughts

Of the ideas that I have always had, was to create something in an abstract form, that was free and flowing in design. In “Froglet Series Number 3”, I feel that I accomplished what I wanted to achieve with that freedom of space and color. However since I am a realist painter, I couldn’t completely depart from what I do as an artist, so therefore a small amount of realism remains. I also tried to tell a story in concept and ideas, using real subjects as my main focus as in Mrs. Dart & The Wahoo’s, or Froglet Frolics.

Books

I also soon will begin a wonderful new and exciting project in the form of my first Children’s Books, 4 in all, depicting my slightly wacky little creatures as the main focus.

Number 1 book is already laid out and ready to go and I will begin the painting process in Dec. 2004
