Fireweed Fireweed also known as "The Willow Herb” grows in abundance around the North West. Known for it's tall and beautiful flowers, Fireweed looks like a stalk of wild orchids, although many consider it considered a weed. The leaves are very long and taper to a sharp point. I love to add “The Willow Herb” when I need something interesting in the background of one of my paintings. Very upright growing plant, tall and majestic!
