Freesias are another favorite of mine, for they come in so many wonderful colors and are great for adding height to a composition, as well as a beautiful form.
Flowers are placed at the very end of a very long stem and taper, usually to a narrow point. Flowers are large petals, grouped together and come in colors of, lavender, pink, yellow, purple and white.
Leaves grow from the base as a rule and are long and very narrow in appearance.
